Clemson Chimney Reflashing Repair
This homeowner had water leaking from his chimney. We advised to reflash the chimney. The shingles were removed and rotten decking was replaced. Ice and water shield was installed. We step flashed the shingles and counterflashed the outside of the brick. No more leaks!
