We started the project within two weeks. We removed the existing roof and replaced 2 sheets of plywood that were rotten. We then installed ice and water shield in the valleys and around all roof penetrations. Next we installed synethetic underlayment on the field of the roof. The homeowner chose Owens Corning Driftwood shingles and ridge vent to help with heat and moisture build up in the attic. We finished the roof off with Owens Corning ProEdge cap shingles. the job took one day to complete.
