This Liberty home suffered from hail damage. The customer chose Owen's Corning Duration shingles in Teak for the full roof replacement.

This homeowner called us becuase she found roofing granules in her gutters and at the bottom of her downspouts. We went out and inspected the roof and advised the customer that she get a full roof replacement. The granule loss was most likely caused by lack of ventilation and age. We replaced her roof with new Owens Corning Duration Driftwood Shingles. 

This Liberty home had an old roof that needed a full replacement. The customer chose Owen's Corning Supreme 3-Tab shingles in Brownwood for the finished product.

This homeowner called Roof Roof after he noticed shingles were beginning to blow off after a couple of storms had come through. We inspected the roof and determined that based on the age, the seals were beginning to deteriorate and a new roof replacement was necessary. The homeowner chose Roof Roof for the project and we started 2 weeks later. We removed the existing roof and thoroughly inspected the sheathing. Then, we installed ice and water shield in all the valleys and around all the roof penetrations. We then installed synthetic underlayment across the entire field of the roof. The homeowner chose Owens Corning Duration Onyx Black shingles. The job took 2 days to complete.

When we first inspected this Mauldin roof we noticed a predominant amount of granule loss. The roof needed to be replaced immediately. We started the project within two weeks and installed Owens Corning Oakridge Brownwood shingles and the customer purchased the Platinum Preferred warranty as well. A new ridge vent was cut in to help with ventilation.
