Very focused on customer service.

Have not received all documents promised such as the warranty.

Left nails in driveway which postal carrier rode over. Did advise us though.

Had to wait for a good rain to see if leaks were fixed.

The process was unbelievably easy from start to finish. We are very happy with our new roof!
