Roof Repair Before & After Photos

When this homeowner called Roof Roof in February, he was in need of immediate intervention. A branch had fallen through his roof, puncturing his shingles. Our rep went out and assessed the damage and gathered the necessary information to write an estimate. The next day Roof Roof sent a contractor out to tarp over the damaged area. 

Due to the advanced deterioration of the roof and extensive damage caused by the fallen branch, our rep thought that the homeowner had the basis for a claim. A meeting was set with the adjuster and a new roof replacement was approved by the insurance company.

We began this job by removing the existing layer of shingles and applying a synthetic underlayment.The roof was re-shingled with OC Duration in Onyx black. A drip edge was installed and the roof was capped off with ridge vent to promote ventilation.

On this home we replaced missing shingles, nailed down corners on both heat vents and caulked over exposed nails.
