Roof Repair Before & After Photos

After extensive hail damage, this homeowner contacted Roof Roof for a free estimate. Our representative went out their home and went over all of their insurance paperwork with them. The scope was agreed upon and we began 2 weeks later. We began by removing the existing shingles. We installed ice and water shield in the valleys and synthetic underlayment across the entire field of the roof. We then installed the Owens Corning Oakridge shingles in Williamsburg Grey. Lastly, we installed ridge vent across all the ridges to help control heat and moisture. The project took one day to complete. 

At the recommendation of a friend, this homeowner called Roof Roof to come out, after receiving a quote from another company that he described as "outrageous" in price. Our rep. confirmed that the home had sustained storm damage and worked with the homeowner's insurance company to agree on the cost of the job.   

The job began by installing new synthetic underlayment and then reshingling the entire roof with  OC supreme Oakridge architectural shingles in Onyx Black. Two boots were replaced and U.V guards were installed. In addition, the roof was capped off with ridge vent for ventilation. New gutters w/ Shurflo gutter covers and downspouts were installed on the home. As a code upgrade, 11 x 15 rolled roofing was also installed. We began the job in early March and took one day to complete.

This home sustained extensive damage during the hail storm last May. The homeowner's insurance policy provided for repairs to the gutters, siding and several window screens as well as a full roof replacement. Roof Roof was called out for a free estimate, and was hired to perform the work. We removed the existing shingles, lined all valleys, walls, chimneys and skylights with ice and water shield, replaced all existing stationary vents, protected the surface of the roof with synthetic underlayment and shingled the roof with Duration Architectural shingles in Onyx Black. 118 feet of Ridge Vent was installed to aid in air circulation, moisture and heat in the attic. Williamsport Colonial Beaded Siding, in Colonial Ivory, was used to replace damaged siding on the right elevation. Damage gutters and gutters screens, downspouts and drain pipes were replaced on the home. Finally, 24 damaged window screens were replaced
