Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Pickens was in need of a roof inspection. After searching online, he landed on our website and submitted his contact information so that Roof Roof  could get in touch and provide him with a free estimate. 

We sent a rep out to take a look and it was agreed that this home was due for an entire roof replacement. The homeowner chose Owens Corning Oakridge shingles in Black. 

The shingle we installed on this house was Owens Corning Duration Trudefinition-Estate Grey. The project took only 1 day to complete. Owens Corning ice and water shield was applied in the valleys, along all walls, and around the chimney as well as all roof penetrations. Ridge vent was installed along all ridges to allow heat and moisture to escape the attic.

This customer had an old roof in need of a full replacement. Roof Roof was happy to help, and the new roof transformed their home. It looks great and keeps the home dry while being longer lasting and more energy efficient.

This homeowner had storm damage to their roof and their insurance company approved it for a full replacement. They decided to use our company and we started the project within 4 weeks. We removed the existing shingles, installed new felt paper and ice and water shield. We then installed Owens Corning Oakridge Onyx Black shingles. To finish the project, we installed Owens Corning high point ridge vent. The project took 1 day to complete. 

We began by removing the existing single layer of roofing materials. The decking was then covered with synthetic underlayment to reduce water infiltration and improve installation accuracy and consistency. All five PVC plumbing boots were replaced and UV guards installed. Finally, the roof was reshingled with Owens Corning Oakridge Duration in Onyx Black.
